These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our private wellness, massage, and holistic therapy services. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our website or services.

Services

Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage provides private wellness, massage, and holistic therapy services at villas, hotels, yachts, and other agreed locations throughout Ibiza.

Our treatments are designed to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and personal care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Bookings

Appointments may be requested through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or other approved communication channels.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage reserves the right to decline or refuse a booking request at its discretion.

Payments

Pricing and payment arrangements will be communicated at the time of booking.

Full or partial payment may be required to secure an appointment.

All agreed fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals & Waiting Time

We understand that travel schedules and unforeseen delays can occur.

To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, treatment times may be adjusted if a client arrives late. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time whenever subsequent appointments are affected.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage reserves the right to cancel the appointment and apply the full service fee.

Where a therapist is required to wait beyond the agreed appointment time, additional charges may apply.

Location & Travel

Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage provides mobile services throughout Ibiza, including private villas, hotels, yachts, and exclusive venues.

Additional travel or logistical charges may apply for remote locations, yacht services, special access arrangements, or requests outside standard operating areas. Any applicable fees will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

As appointment availability is limited, we kindly request as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

During July and August, cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged in full.

During the remainder of the year, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged in full.

For same-day bookings, cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If the therapist has already departed for the appointment or arrived at the agreed location, the full service fee applies.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns that may affect the treatment.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the treatment environment is safe, appropriate, and suitable for the delivery of the service.

Health & Safety

Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage reserves the right to modify, postpone, or refuse any treatment that is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for the client.

All treatments are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to our service.

All personal information, booking details, communications, and treatment-related information are handled with the utmost care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Right to Refuse Service

Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment in cases involving inappropriate behaviour, harassment, intoxication, unsafe conditions, or any circumstance that may compromise the safety, wellbeing, or professional standards of our therapists.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and professional service, Ibiza Luxury Villa Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Clients participate in treatments voluntarily and accept responsibility for informing the therapist of any relevant health conditions prior to the session.

Visitors agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Any misuse of the website, including attempts to interfere with its operation, security, or content, is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms
